Exchange & Returns

.We try to process orders quickly. Because of this we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or returns. In case you have received a damaged product, we shall compensate you with a replacement.

If you have received a damaged/defective product, please email us at hello@reframejournal.com with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a return shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement product as soon as we have more.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be damaged or defective on arrival.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Discounted products are final and cannot be exchanged.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow us at least 7 business days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received and approved your product.
