How it all began...

We started our path of personal growth and self-transformation because we had a common passion of helping others become everything they could potentially be.
​
2020 was a difficult year for us, as it was for many of you. Not only were we struggling being by ourselves, but also experiencing a complete imbalance in our lives. We kept on stumbling upon the question, "Why is it so difficult to be satisfied with our own company?"
​
After obsessively trying to find a satisfactory answer, we realised the ultimate key to happiness lies deep within us. It is when we are deeply connected to our authentic selves, happiness flows from and through us freely. Being self-aware is the key.

What we learned...
According to Dr. Tasha Eurich's considerable research, only 10-15% of the whole population can actually be deemed self-aware. As a result, we took it upon ourselves to discover what this small percentage of the population did differently.

On our quest to be truly authentic, we tried every practice we could get our hands on. We learned about meditation, spirituality, gratitude and positive psychology. Some things worked, some didn’t. It was the culmination of all the wisdom that we gained on this journey that led to the birth of Reframe.
​
Through Reframe, we aim to promote self-compassion through tapping into our well-being, wisdom, and capacity for wonder. We strive to create a safe space that is free of unhealthy positivity; where both positive and negative emotions can co-exist. A place where we truly embody our authentic selves. And the best way to reach this place is through mindfulness journaling. Moreover, this is not just our personal experience but is also backed by science.

Journaling is a mindfulness technique that allows us to reconnect with who we truly are deep within. Through the practice of journaling, we give our thoughts and feelings a tangible form by writing them down to gain a greater sense of who we are and what we truly desire from our lives.

The power of journaling has been endorsed by top performers from all disciplines, including the stoic sage emperor of Rome, Marcus Aurelius, the diplomat inventor Benjamin Franklin and the modern self-help giant Tony Robbins. They all have had stacks and stacks of paper written with their thoughts and observations throughout their life.
